KINEMA FITNESS EXPANDS PARTNERSHIP WIH LBA REALTY AT THE AT&T CENTER IN LOS ANGELES, CA

The AT&T Center is a 32 story skyscraper located only blocks away from Staples Center and LA Live.  The stunning property was given a $35 million renovation in 2008 for upgrades.  The fitness center is a 24,000 sq ft health club that is located on its lower level and features a full basketball court, two group exercise rooms, two racquetball courts, and a large strength and cardio room.

LBA was looking for a fitness partner focused on the members and to continue to ensure the fitness center is an attractive amenity for existing and new tenants.
